Return Policy:

 

Refunds & exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase if eligible for return.

Non-eligible return items: Earrings & Huggies and individual items from sets. Sets must be returned in full.

Purchases during a Gift With Purchase promotion: Return the gift if the total falls below the promotional threshold.

Processing times for refunds and exchanges: Approximately 10 working days upon receipt, though this may vary during peak periods.

Refunds process to the original payment method.

For items purchased from our other stockists or concessions, please return to them directly within 30 days of purchase.

Should you decide to return the item, please ensure it's unused, unaltered, in original packaging and with all jewellery tags attached.

  • After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours. You should see the funds in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
