Return Guidelines:

  • Items can be exchanged or returned to us within 30 days of purchase. (Subject to Terms And Conditions).
  • Please ensure all items are unused, unaltered, in original packaging and with all jewellery tags attached.

 

How to Return:

  • Send pictures of the product you'd like to return to contact@amberjonesstore.com
  • Once confirmed, we'll share the address for returns.
  • Mark your package as 'Returned Items' and opt for tracked shipping when sending.

Please note Shipping fees are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies universally without exceptions.

 

Refund Information:

  • After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours. You should see the funds in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Important Reminders:

  • Make sure items are well-packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
  • We cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in return shipping.

  • Individual items from sets – these need to be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5-10 working days once we've received the items. This timeframe might extend during particularly busy periods.
  • Refunds will always be reverted to the initial payment method.

 

Bundle Return Policy:

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set. If only one item from the bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply, and you will be charged the full price for the item(s) not returned. The price adjustment will be deducted from your refund accordingly.

 

All items must fall within the criteria below to be acceptable or eligible for returns:

  • Be unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original condition and packaging.
  • Unused, unaltered and with all jewellery tags attached.
  • Once a refund or exchange is finalised, we'll send you an email to confirm.
  • Kindly note that Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.

      Items which cannot be returned include:

      All earrings

      Jewellery without tags

      Kindly note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged after delivery or for tarnishing or degradation of the plating.
