Jewellery Warranty Terms & Conditions
We offer a 2-Year Warranty on all qualifying orders, covering manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Warranty Coverage by Order Date:
- Orders placed on or after 11 April 2026 are automatically covered by our free 2-Year Warranty.
- Orders placed between 1 April 2025 and 10 April 2026 are automatically covered by our free 1-Year Warranty.
- Orders placed before 1 April 2025 are not automatically covered. However you can still purchase warranty coverage for those items at an additional cost of only £29.99 (T&C Applies).
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing faults or defects
- Structural issues not caused by wear and tear
What's Not Covered:
- Wear and tear, including tarnishing or plating degradation
- Accidental damage, misuse or loss
- Alterations or repairs by third parties
- Damage caused after delivery
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

This warranty only covers faults that, in the opinion of Amber Jones Store (or an authorised representative), result from manufacturing defects. It does not extend to damage arising from accidents, improper or unintended use, general wear over time, unauthorised modifications or repair attempts, careless handling, or failure to follow the Jewellery Care guidance provided within each product listing on our website.
How It Works: If your item qualifies under our Warranty:
- We will offer a like-for-like exchange.
- If the original item is discontinued, we will replace it with a similar style or another item of equal value.
Please note: Refunds are not offered under this warranty. Exchanges only.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- We will assess the item and confirm whether it qualifies under the warranty.
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or suitable replacement.
Additional Notes:
- Gift cards are not eligible for warranty claims.
- We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
- Replacement items will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period from the date of the original order.
- The applicable warranty period (1 year or 2 years) is determined by the original order date.
