Is it possible to alter my address after placing an order?

Can I modify an item in my existing order?

How can I apply a promotional code?

To apply a promotional code you have (lucky you!), simply enter it into the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout. Click 'Apply', and if the offer's conditions are met, your discount will be applied.

What's the procedure for using gift vouchers and discount codes?

Both loyalty codes and gift vouchers must be entered at the checkout page in the 'gift card or discount code' box. Note that multiple codes cannot be used in one transaction, and they cannot be added later. Your discount will be applied at the checkout's final stage.

What are the payment options for my order?

We accept payments through PayPal, debit or credit cards and other fast and secure online gateways accepting all major cards. Click here for more information on payment methods.

When will my account be charged for my purchase?

All payments are processed upon order completion. Allow 3-5 days for the payment to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery Information

Is shipping available to my country?

We do ship nationally (UK) & internationally, but please note that we cannot ship jewellery products to the Russian Federation and Switzerland.

My order hasn't arrived; what should I do?

After dispatching your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. If your order doesn't arrive within the specified delivery time, please email us within 14 days of ordering, providing order details, so we can address the issue.

What action should I take if I receive an incorrect item or something is missing?

Please contact our customer care team via email with the relevant details such as order details and a description of your issue. We will try our best to get this resolved promptly.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in our branded box. You will love our packaging!

Is there a way to track my shipment?

All our deliveries are trackable. A tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation will be sent to your email. Return Policies

Is it permissible to return earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, unless faulty.

What to do if I receive an item that is defective or faulty?

What if I decide I no longer want the product?

For unwanted returns or exchanges, please contact our customer care team via email. Refunds & exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase if eligible for return. We don't currently have physical stores. All of our goods can only be purchased online and are solely offered through our website.
