Return Guidelines:

Items can be exchanged or returned to us within 30 days of purchase. (Subject to Terms And Conditions).
Please ensure all items are unused, unaltered, in original packaging and with all jewellery tags attached.

How to Return:

Send pictures of the product you'd like to return to contact@amberjonesstore.com
Once confirmed, we'll share the address for returns.
Mark your package as 'Returned Items' and opt for tracked shipping when sending.

Please note Shipping fees are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies universally without exceptions.

Refund Information:

After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours. You should see the funds in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Make sure items are well-packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
We cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in return shipping.

Individual items from sets – these need to be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5-10 working days once we've received the items. This timeframe might extend during particularly busy periods.
Refunds will always be reverted to the initial payment method.

This offer runs for a limited time only. To qualify, add any 3 eligible items to your basket and the lowest priced item is applied free automatically at checkout. The discount is calculated on the item of lowest value.

The free item is a promotional gift linked to the purchase of the two full price items. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or an alternative product.Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons and will be charged at full price.

If you return any item from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, the free gift is forfeited. Where a return breaks the qualifying quantity, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund, so the item you kept is charged at its normal full price. This means you cannot keep an item for free and also receive a refund on the items you paid for.

Returns: All returns are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unaltered, in their original packaging and with all jewellery tags attached. Please note that all earrings are non returnable.

Bundle Return Policy:

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set. If only one item from the bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply, and you will be charged the full price for the item(s) not returned. The price adjustment will be deducted from your refund accordingly.

All items must fall within the criteria below to be acceptable or eligible for returns:

Be unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.
Original condition and packaging.
Unused, unaltered and with all jewellery tags attached.
Once a refund or exchange is finalised, we'll send you an email to confirm.
Kindly note that Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
