TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you express your intent to purchase a product in line with these terms and conditions. All orders depend on availability and order price confirmation. We aim to dispatch all items within 24-48 working hours (provided they're available and it's a weekday). We formally accept your order upon dispatching the products to you.

Only individuals aged 18 and above can legally enter contracts and are thus the only ones allowed to make transactions on this site. Others not capable of forming legally binding contracts must not order goods via this site. If you do not meet these criteria, please refrain from using our website.

Ordering: When ordering, you confirm that all details you've provided are accurate and that you're an authorised user of the payment card used for the order, ensuring there's enough funds to cover the product cost.

Product Descriptions: The images of our products and their packaging on our website serve as visual guides only. While we strive to accurately represent product colours, we cannot assure that your device's display will perfectly match the actual colours of our products. Due to health & safety concerns and hygiene considerations, earrings cannot be returned. The weights, sizes and the colours are approximate and may vary slightly. All our stone bracelets are rhodium plated. If you have any concerns regarding the material, allergies, size, or colour of a particular item, please contact our team for assistance. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform us of any material allergies prior to making a purchase.

Contract: After placing an order and completing payment, you'll receive an email acknowledging the order receipt. This does not constitute order acceptance from Amber Jones. Your order is officially accepted upon product dispatch to you. Only goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email are part of the formed contract.

Pricing: Product prices are as displayed on our website, with additional delivery costs. All prices are in British Pound Sterling. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and prices. In case of an incorrect price listing due to typographical or website errors, we will inform you of the correct price and await your decision to proceed or cancel.

Discount Codes: We occasionally offer promotional discount codes. Some items may be excluded from these promotions, and codes can't be used alongside other offers or discounts.

Delivery: We strive to dispatch all orders within 24-48 working hours, assuming they're in stock. Goods will be delivered to the address you've provided. UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, while international orders are shipped through our associated couriers. We're not responsible for packages signed for by someone other than the intended recipient. It's your duty to ensure accurate delivery address and to have someone available for package receipt if required. For delivery & returns details, click here.

Product Delivery: We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control, such as postal/courier issues, logistical challenges, or adverse weather conditions. Should there be a significant delay, you have the option to cancel your order. In such cases, we will refund you for any products you have paid for but not received.

Notice for Undelivered/Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to failed delivery attempts or is not collected from the post office by the buyer, it will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, a £25 admin fee will be applied to cover restocking and processing costs.

Ownership of goods transfers to you upon dispatch: Once delivered, the goods are your responsibility, and we're not liable for any loss or damage. Should an order be returned because delivery couldn't be completed for any reason, you might be liable for redelivery costs. If we can't reach you to rearrange delivery or collection, we might end the contract. In such cases, we'll refund the paid amount for goods but may deduct incurred delivery and storage costs.
