Bought a Tennis bracelet for my wife's birthday, which unfortunately proved to be too small. I asked to be able to return it for a full refund, but was amazed to be told that they would make a new bracelet 2cm longer, in exchange for the original one, and unbelievably at no extra cost for production, or shipping.
The communication with Olivia was first class, with every email responded to immediately. If I could give this company 11 out of 10, I would, and I very rarely write reviews, but in this instance it would be totally disrespectful not too.
